Well I have been a lazy poster but I have been not doing too bad considering the season.
Yesterday I did my supplements and fiber drink even though we had a huge horker potluck here at work. I even had my breakfast shake, chocolate.
Today I had vanilla and I took my morning supplements and I have my lunch ones all ready to take in 15 mins. I packed leftover rice dish from dinner last night and I also will have my fiber drink b4 lunch.
I went and did 15 squats, 15 Wall Pushups and 50 Leg lifts. I will add my tally up
Woo Hoo!!!
VEGAS IN 2 DAYS!!!
Also I am on my 3rd glass of water, it helps fend off the cravings which is good since there are lots of goodies here.

Day Three
Oh me!

Anyways, I hit my head last night somehow so that should explain the dain bramage. . .
I am still going to be good today, I took my supplements and I am having a breakfast shake too. I am miraculously not hung over seeing as I was so hammered last night. (Carmy and her jug of wine, evil temptress!)
Anyways, I will do 10 squats and 60 leg lifts after my break too but I will add it all up later, can't do math right now, unless obliged for work purposes.
This weekend will be busy but fun, Ren is coming over for some nip/tuck episodes that I have recorded, I have spanikopita and gouda, mmm
I want to start Daniel's homemade snowglobes with him, or at least do the shopping.
And we have xmas potluck here and I am baking sugar cookies, mmmmmm
And also it is Ryan's 25th birthday party on Saturday night, hooray!
Just spilled water all over my desk, luckilly not on anything important :S (3rd time this week)

Day Two
Feelin' pretty good on day 2, besides some emotional bullshit to do with my ex but whatever, it is nothing new and that is why I left his sorry ass anyhow.
Last night I did 10 more squats, plus some leg lifts 80 to be precise, then 15 wall pushups and also I had my weightloss tea. Oh and I did 15 more squats at work in the afternoon too.
This morning I had my supplements and a yogurt tube and a big glass of water. I am going to aim for 8 glasses today.
I am going to go do 10 squats and 60 leg lifts now too.

Update 11:01am
Went for a couple laps around the inside of the building again today and so I did 184 stairs.
I am going to take my weight loss supplements at lunch and also a fiber drink that should help. I am going to take it twice a day at lunch and dinner.
I am on my 3rd glass of water, better chug chug chug. . .

Day One
Ok, time to shake that butter off those buns!
I have had great success before with tracking my excercise online so here I go again!
I am single again and it's time to work it and get fit!
Starting off this morning with 15 squats.
10:11 Update
Did up 46 stairs then across the building and back down 46 stairs
Also took my weight loss herbs, I am feelin the boost from the Burner!

Wouldn't you know it, the day I start to try and get fit is the day the boss brings in cinnamon buns and goodies. I avoided them so far but I will let myself have half of one after lunch.
I am not planning to diet anyway, it is the wrong time of year for that. I am going to exercise and try to eat fairly sensibly and take my weight loss herbs faithfully.
